Yes.  

 

Are there any pet restrictions? 

Pets must be leashed or kept in a carrying case when on the common elements. 
Residents are permitted to keep a maximum of two (2) pets, consisting of two (2) dogs or two (2) cats, or one (1) dog and one (1) cat. 

 

Are there any occupancy restrictions? 

No. 

 

Are there any leasing restrictions? 

No. 

 

What are the parking rules for residents? 

Residents are permitted to park in the exclusive use driveway, or in the garage of their unit. 

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

None. 

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

Any proposed changes to the common elements must receive the written approval of the Board. 

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

No. 

 

Are there any unusual maintenance items? 

The boundaries of a unit extend to the entire lot, owners are responsible for the entire interior and exterior of their unit.  
Unit owners are responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of their individual septic system. 

 

Are there any bulk utilities included in the common expenses? 

No. 

 

Is there private waste pickup? 

Yes. Waste is to be divided into recycling (blue bags) and garbage (black bags). 

 

Are there any amenities? 

A private lake: residents may use at their own risk. 

 

Are there any smoking or cannabis restrictions? 

No. 

 

Is there any other important information to know? 

Hanging or drying clothes is not permitted on the common elements. 
Window air conditioners are not permitted.
